Rental Requirements For Our Properties:

• 3X posted rent in gross monthly verifiable income.
• If qualifying income is from employment, must have 6 months of consecutive work history
• First month rent and security deposit equal to one months rent due prior to move in.
• All of our homes are non smoking
• Must have 2 previous landlord references
• Background Check and credit check required for each adult applicant. Applicant pays directly through Cozy app.
